Frequently Asked Questions

Is Homeopathy Safe?

You betcha, In fact I think you would be hard pressed to find a safer option. Does that mean it isn’t extremely potent and powerful, absolutely nope, it means that it is working for and with your body rather than against it.

It is so safe that people can take it from birth, during pregnancy and breastfeeding all the way up to those final moments.

Can I purchase a remedy without a consult?

Great question,
If you are a client of mine and have purchased this remedy from me before, you can email me requesting a new bottle.

If we have not met I will just need to jump on a quick free mini consult with you so I can understand if this is a good remedy choice for you and ensure you understand how to take the remedy/ies.

Can the fertility protocol be used for all hormonal issues?

Though there are many fantastic remedies in the protocol for hormone balancing, an individual consultation would be the best option to address your concerns.

What is the difference between the fertility protocol and a normal homeopathic consult?

The fertility protocol I use in clinic has been designed with fertility in mind, all the remedies i select are to support your hormones to be healthy and happy, to support your mental and emotional wellbeing and get those baby making juices flowing.

Both yourself and your partner are supplied remedies throughout the protocol.

A Homeopathic consultation is solely focussed on you, your life, your symptoms, your family, your mental health and the remedy selection is chosen to get you back on your feet feeling happy, free and confident.

Can i complete the fertility protocol whilst doing IVF?

I always tell my clients that it is best if we can allow 4-6 months on this protocol prior to IVF, this helps your body to prepare, get in the best shape hormonally and in 87% of cases IVF is often no longer required.

For those that do still require IVF you have significantly increased your chances of a successful transfer after completing this protocol.

What if i cannot afford to see you?

I have been there!

Do not stress. Email me and we will work something out. My main goal is to help my clients, that means doing things a little differently some of the time and I am down for that.

Is Hypnosis safe?

Hypnosis is a normal, naturally occurring, healthy state of mind. It is totally drug-free. There has never been a single documented case of harm resulting from the use of hypnosis.

what will hynotherapy feel like?

Hypnosis can be experienced very differently depending on the individual who is being hypnotized, the type and the purpose of the procedure, but in general terms it can be thought of as a deep state of active relaxation.

what if I can't enter a hypnotic state?

Anyone can enter a hypnotic state, it is a matter of how much they want to. The stronger the willingness the deeper the relaxation can be.

Will hypnosis work straight away?

You need to want change, someone who is forced to come to hypnotherapy by a family member or spouse might not see an immediate response compared to someone who has come 100% ready for actionable change. With good rapport building and positive reframing almost anyone will experience positive results from hypnotic trance.

Will you make me do things I do not want to do?

You remain in control at all times, even the most skilled practitioner could not make you do something you are not willing to do. You are doing the work, I am just helping you steer.

How do I know you are trained and profession?

I have a Diploma in Clinical Hypnotic Sciences and am a professional member of both the Australian Hypnotherapy Association (AHA member #2020584) and the Guild of Australian Hypnotherapists (GoAH Member#2023002) I am also listed on the Hypnotherapy Council of Australia as an accredited hypnotherapist.

You should always confirm your practitioner is a member of an association to be sure they are keeping up to date with the latest practices and have suitable qualifications and experience.

Firstly, I appreciate that so much and look forward to working with you.
